51. Editing The Lip Syncing for London

While editing we have been faced with trying to get our lip-sync to match the music. This has been quit a challah to do compared to our practice video were the videos slated one after each other.

Our first bit of lip syncing we edited was the easiest as I was in time with he some and as the shot is a profile shot it is hard to see the mistakes.  The only problems we can see is only because of how I pronounce my words compared to the original artiest.

There is another one of me which is this image above. Now we had to edit the video a little bit more then cropping it. When I say ah ah ah I'm slightly slower than the song. To solve this we used the blade tool as sped up the section that I'm too slow. By speeding the video up this solved the problem, making the video in sync. Most of the videos we encountered with only needed the begging and end cropped off.

The video we had most trouble with was of Paige and me lip-syncing at Covent Garden together.

In the second half of the clip, we lip-sync too fast. To solve this problem we split clip the clip using the blade tool, and then sped the second half up by 120%. After this we were in time. After watching the video back later we found that neat to the end Paige is in sync but I am not. There wasn't any way to solve this with editing. Our solution was to delete to end of the clip.
