The lyrics are often reflected within the story. Note: The most common form of music video is Performance / Narrative. This is a video that shows a performance be the band / artist / but also has a narrative within it. - Often the video narrative will mimic a film genre.

Hybrid 

Hybrid Videos are the most common as they are more interesting to the audience. They can be of a mixture of the previous music types we've looked at; performance, abstract and narrative.
